Who this workshop is designed for

This workshop is designed for people who are prepared and willing to educate  and bring their knowledge to a level that not only will help the individual’s life but also have an impact on the people they come in contact with in every day living. If you want to make a difference to your health and others then this will give you excellent tools to help you on your journey.
If you suffer from or experienced any of the following:

  • Malnutrition/ Food Sensitivities / Incorrect Dieting.
  • Incorrect Training methods for weight loss, muscle building or sports performance.
  • Depression, Fear, Anger, Anxiety Attacks, Cognitive Disorders, Stress, Behaviour Disorders and more.

09.30 – 10.00 Registration, Introduction, Course Objectives
10.00 – 11.00 Nutrition – Essential requirements, nutrition v’s malnutrition, why we store fat, how food affects our hormones, immune system and mood.
11.00 – 11.15 Coffee Break
11.15 – 12.15 Exercise – Key importance of exercise, different modalities and their functions, exercise for weight loss, sports performance training, Injury rehab.
12.15 – 12.30 Coffee Break
12.30 – 13.30 The Mind – What is your mind, how it controls your thoughts & emotions, mind programming, suffering, losing a conditioned mind, mindfulness.
13.30 – 14.15 Lunch
14.15 – 15.15 Energy Health – What is energy, how it is related to us, how it works, congestion v’s depletion, our well-being, warning signs, tools to keep energy.
15.15 – 15.30 Coffee Break
15.30 – 16.30 Dis-eased Health – What is disease, physical, mental, emotional dis-ease, how it manifests, how to reverse dis-ease, self-assessment protocols.
16.30 – 17.00 End of course review –  Putting IT altogether, Q and A.
